Service scope
BanglaTools provides automated character-encoding conversion between Bangla Unicode and legacy Bijoy ANSI-compatible text, plus format-aware conversion for supported DOCX and XLSX files. It is not a translation, OCR, spell-checking, legal-review, or archival-preservation service.
Accuracy and backups
Bangla shaping is sensitive to conjuncts, punctuation, font choice, and formatting boundaries. You are responsible for keeping the source file and reviewing the converted result, especially names, rare ligatures, styled runs, formulas, and publication-critical content.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for files and text you submit and must have the right to process them. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing material. Upload confidential material only when you are authorized and accept server processing. Do not probe service security without authorization, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to bypass file and archive limits.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, universal font compatibility, or error-free output. Features, supported formats, and limits may change when required for reliability or security.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BanglaTools is not responsible for lost source files, publishing errors, formatting changes, business interruption, or indirect losses resulting from use of converted output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
